  • Contract necessity: to provide requested services or fulfill our obligations
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, operate, and improve the Site and services, and to communicate with business contacts
  • Consent: for certain marketing communications and certain cookies where required
  • Legal obligations: to satisfy tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements

5) Cookies, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, SDKs, and session replay tools) to operate the Site, understand usage, and improve performance.
A) Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring sources). Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and generate reports for us.
B) Microsoft Clarity
We may use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with the Site. Clarity may provide analytics and session replay features, which can include recordings of cursor movements, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation. Clarity may collect information from your device and browser to provide these insights and help us improve the Site.
C) Information collected through these tools
Depending on configuration, these tools may collect:

  • IP address (and approximate location derived from IP address)
  • Device and browser attributes
  • Pages viewed, time spent, referring URLs
  • Interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation patterns

We do not intend to use these tools to collect sensitive personal information (for example, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information). Where feasible, we use reasonable measures to reduce the risk of such data being captured (for example, masking and configuration controls).
D) Your choices
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.
You may also be able to opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out mechanisms. Microsoft Clarity provides information about its data collection and privacy controls through Microsoft’s privacy documentation.
E) Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and devices offer a “Do Not Track” signal and some offer a “Global Privacy Control” signal. Because there is not yet a consistent industry standard for responding, our Site may not respond to these signals in all cases. Where required by law, we will process opt-out preference signals in accordance with applicable requirements.

6) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
A) Service providers
We may share information with vendors who provide services to us, such as hosting, CRM systems, support tooling, analytics providers (including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), security services, and payment or invoicing support. These providers are permitted to use information only to perform services for us and must protect it consistent with their contractual obligations.
B) Partners and resellers
If you engage a partner, reseller, or implementation provider, we may share relevant information to support your requested engagement and coordinate delivery, subject to applicable agreements.
C) Integrations and third-party services
If you enable integrations, data may be transmitted to and from third-party services to complete requested actions. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and agreements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and limiting access to your systems and environments.

9) International Data Transfers
If you access the Site or services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers consistent with applicable law.

10) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access and confirmation of whether we process your information
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion of information (subject to exceptions)
  • Objection to or restriction of certain processing
  • Data portability, where applicable
  • Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in the Contact section below. We may need to verify your identity and authority to make the request.
